Publication about "Surface mass balance reconstruction at Mýrdalsjökull using remote sensing techniques" (Journal of Glaciology Oct. 2016)

Poster presentation about the "Volcanic activity at Bárðarbunga" at the TerraSAR-X / TanDEM-X Science Team Meeting, see NEWS

Interactive 3D model of Iceland, including very high resolution UltraCam data, is online available!

The project IsViews uses high resolution remote sensing data (TerraSAR-X, TanDEM-X, RapidEye, HRSC, UltraCam, LiDAR) for early detection of subglacial volcanic eruptions in Iceland.

Research areas are Mýrdalsjökull, Eyjafjallajökull and the western part of Vatnajökull.
